THE BEGINNING

Elsku Nina hatched during the isolation stage of the 2020 pandemic. Design graduate Nina envisioned creating a collection of beautifully designed goods sourcing earth’s natural materials that help promote and enhance self-care, sophistication and help revive physical and mental well-being. 

Elsku is a way to say “love” in Icelandic. At the heart of everything is the passion to love, inspire and better one another. 

Elsku Nina products define a contemporary and personalised approach through jewellery design and crystal healing.  Our products will help enhance a deeper and more spiritual relationship with yourself and nature. 

Elsku Nina is based in the East Riding of Yorkshire in the crescent of low chalk hills, the Yorkshire Wolds and the Vale of York plains. Inspired by the heart and soul of British and Icelandic living, landscape and culture; the Elsku theme emits nature's beauty, power and connection with outdoor environments. 

Elsku Nina wishes to design practical, meaningful and personalised craftsmanship. Using a personal approach, Nina cares about her clients and treats everyone’s experience as their own. From the moment an Elsku package is opened, she wants her clients to cherish, display and embrace the healing properties the accessories have to offer. 

The design process is carefully carried out by exploring different techniques and concepts that harmonize with natural ways. This is done by sourcing materials that offer healing properties that will better clients. Materials include freshwater pearls, glass beads, gemstones and crystals which are sourced from all over the world. 

I will continue to promote self-love and well-being through products, and social media platforms and hope to offer a wide range of services soon.
